Snowy Owls In Chicago!

It’s been a long time since my last post, but I am happy to say my first post of the new year is definitely a rarity on multiple levels. Kicked off the new year with good friends, good food, a little bit of snow and then finally ended my vacation with a rare capture - the Snowy Owl.

Not something you see every day, especially around here. But these guys migrated down from the arctic circle in search of food, and I migrated down there in search of them. More to come…
