SOPA STRIKE

This is important. Last time I checked, I did not live in a Communist nation.

I salute any small business, large corporation, or anyone with a web site that participates in the cause to spread awareness about this issue. If you are able to do this, and have not yet, do it.

Who cares if your web site drives in business? It’s one day. Even if you wouldn’t have gotten any business regardless, or if you could have gained hundreds, thousands, of even millions… you cannot put a price on freedom.

On Jan 24th, Congress will vote to pass internet censorship in the Senate, even though the vast majority of Americans are opposed. We need to kill the bill - PIPA in the Senate and SOPA in the House - to protect our rights to free speech, privacy, and prosperity. We need internet companies to follow Reddit’s lead and stand up for the web, as we internet users are doing every day.
